Great question and there are reasons for both. If you have lots of colour, fine detail or tonals, print is best. Otherwise utilise embroidery as it gives a higher percevied value to the cap. Just remember embroidery is not an exact science. It is designed ot be viewed from at least 3 feet away. If you zoom into it, you will see imperfections, but this is the nature of embroidery
